An Tobairín, the shop at the centre of West Cork’s growing health food, ecology and well being movement
An Tobairin (meaning the Little Well) began life as a very tentative off-main-street, off-main-stream whole food retail experiment. The good people of Bandon, however, embraced the project and now, trading on South Main Street the shop has taken on an entirely new life.
Mostly it’s a place where people come to broaden their knowledge of health giving foods and natural remedies. It is a place that draws those intent on taking the best care they possibly can of their families and themselves.
We sell a broad range of foods for special diets as well as organic fruit and vegetables, quality supplements and natural cosmetic ranges such as the Dr Hauschka Face and Body Care.
An Tobairín is run by Mary Wedel and her very friendly and helpful staff.
