The practice was established by Eamonn Fleming in South Main Street, Bandon in 1985. In 1996 he was joined by Celine Barrett who worked as an apprentice and subsequently qualified in 1998 and became a partner in the practice in 2006. Since that date the business has expanded and now includes Solicitors Úna Barrett and Laura Wycherley.

Eamonn has been in practice as a Solicitor for over 30 years and during that time has personally litigated cases from the District Court to the High Court as well as in employment law, tribunals and social welfare hearings.
He is a past President of the West Cork Bar Association and was a Council member of the Law Society of Ireland where I sat on the Regulatory and Litigation Panels.
He specialises in the area of litigation, both Civil and Criminal, Wills, Probate and Family Law matters. He is a former President, Chairman and Secretary of Bandon Rugby Club, and is currently a committee member and former Chairman of Bandon Tennis Club. He is an active mountaineer having recently returned from trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal and prior to that he climbed Mont Blanc and other Alpine peaks.
He is also a member of Gaggin Dramatic Society where he has appeared on stage, and also a member of both Argideen Vale and Bandon Tennis Clubs.
Celine Barrett

Celine completed her degree in Law and European Studies in University of Limerick in 1994 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 having undertaken her apprenticeship with Eamonn Fleming. She became a partner in Fleming & Barrett in 2006.
Celine specialises in the area of Family Law. She also has extensive experience in conveyancing, litigation and Probate.
Celine is a native of Innishannon and is married with two children. Her interests include walking, going to the cinema, and spending time with her girls.
Una Barrett

Una qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and joined the firm in 2005. She practices primarily in the areas of conveyancing, litigation, probate and wills. Una is also a practising Notary Public.
Una is a member of Kilmacsimon Swimming & Rowing Club and previously rowed at both national and international levels.
Una previously worked in Matheson Solicitors Dublin and Ronan Daly Jermyn Cork where she gained extensive experience in the areas of construction law, environmental law and procurement law. Una also worked as an Environmental Consultant for a number of years prior to qualifying as a solicitor.
Una graduated from the University of Limerick in 1996 with a Degree in Law and European Studies. She holds a Certificate in Trust and Estate Planning from the Law Society of Ireland. She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management from Bolton Street DIT a Certificate in Environmental Management Systems Auditing from the National Environmental Research and Auditing Centre, Sligo.

Laura Wycherley graduated from University College Cork with a Bachelor in Civil Law and attended the Law Society of Ireland where she qualified as a Solicitor. She joined the Firm of Fleming & Barrett Solicitors in 2002 and practices in the areas of Employment, Conveyancing, Probate and specialises in the areas of Litigation including Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Psychiatric Injury, Bullying & Harassment, Equality and Land & Equity and Disputes, representing Clients at all levels in the Civil Courts and Employment & Equality Tribunals.
She is also enrolled in the Law Society of England and Wales and is qualified to practice in both these jurisdictions.
